How’s your business going? Are you reaching your goals? Are you moving towards what you envision for yourself and your business?
Assessing where you’re at during the week helps you figure out what’s going on in your business. You may have some fires to put out that are blazing right in front of you…
…and you don’t even know it!
Here’s where you can figure out exactly how to use intuition in your business to get grounded and trust yourself in the process of being successful.
Making Daily Decisions
The challenge with daily decisions comes from shiny object syndrome. If you’re online most of the time, you’re bombarded with tons of marketing messages.
Some are blinking, some are still, some are words… and mostly all are crafted well.
Well enough for you to stop what you’re doing and read the message, click the link, and even consider buying the product.
Right?
Yes, I know shiny object syndrome too well.
Overcome Shiny Object Syndrome
Whenever something catches your eye, instead of going to see that item further, write it down.
Add it onto your to-do list.
You may think it’s your intuition pulling you toward that object at first, but, after you write it down and forget about it, you’ll never think it about it again. So, maybe it wasn’t your intuition after all, right?
Write anything down that appears in your mind at any time during the day. Essentially, you’ll be adding these to your to-do list.
But, you’re going to see how it fits into the day before you go off and do that thing.
For instance, if you see an ad for a new social media course and want to learn more about it, write it down.
And, if you suddenly remember Aunt Josephine’s birthday and need to fill out the card you bought, write it down.
That way, you can “pencil it in” without frustrating your day and to-do list already.
Know Exactly What To Do In Business Using Your Intuition
Look at everything on your list and see which one jumps out at you the most.
Set aside 20 minutes to work on that task. I use a Pomodeiro timer set for 25 minutes.
That’s 20 minutes for work and 5 minutes for a break. You can change the settings to however long you want to work on one particular task so if you can concentrate for longer than 20 minutes, have at it.
Remember to set at least 5 minutes for a break.
When you come back refreshed, then look at your list again and work on whatever jumps out at you next.
Meditation and Intuition In Business
It’s scientifically proven that meditation increases health. Meditation works beyond that to increase intuition.
You can use it for your business and relationships to know exactly what to do at any time.
You only need 5 minutes to connect with God and get the information you need.
In fact, I’ve made it easy for you. I have a complete free guided meditation series that you can download and use right away.
Accupressure and Intuition
This is a trick that I learned from my coach, Dan Hanneman. Then I discovered it in a book about accupressure. I can’t recall the title name, but saw this one on Amazon that you can check out, Acupressure for Emotional Healing: A Self-Care Guide for Trauma, Stress, & Common Emotional Imbalances.
Take your hands and put them together as if you’re praying with your fingers pointed upwards towards the heavens.
Press your thumbs on your forehead. This taps into the third eye region, known as the psychic connection and connection to God.
Ask yourself which item you need to do today.
The answer will reveal itself.
It’s as simple as that.
