Have you ever woken up and thought, “ugh, it’s Monday?”
or Tuesday, Wednesday… you get the point, right?
I used to feel like that too. In fact, I still do sometimes. Only I don’t feel like that everyday of my life anymore.
The reason?
I say, “Monday morning, bring it!”
Here’s why…
When I first started exercising to lose weight, I’d work out with Tony Horton on P90X. His simple philosophy was all I needed to realize how to get the day started.
“Just push play.”
That was it.
When I heard it, I thought, “you mean that I’ve been avoiding exercise for so long because I thought I’d have to have all the moves down right before starting… and all you’re telling me to do is to just push play?”
What he meant was that each and everyday you have a workout scheduled, just put the DVD in the player and push play. Even if you don’t want to exercise. Even if you’re feeling like you have all this bad attitude hanging around…
…just push play.
Because, as I noticed, after you do the workout or you get your day started, you wind up feeling fine.
It’s not hard. It’s actually easy to do.
That’s how it is with connecting to God to see what action steps you can take to get clear in your business and relationships.
All you have to do is sit and connect.
Connect to your higher self. Connect to angels. Connect to whatever it is that you feel is in connection with you.
Connect until you feel the energy of BRING IT ON, MONDAY MORNING! I GOT THIS!
You got this.
And if you feel like you don’t, get loud with it.
Go ahead and yell, “Bring it on, Monday Morning, I got this!”
Got the energy now?
Yeah.
So, how are you going to start your Monday morning?
Pushing play, bringing it or allowing that UGH energy to hang around?
